5. Browser extension (Wiserock Analyzer)
When you use our Chrome extension, and only when you trigger an import, it reads the data of the property listing you are viewing (Centris, DuProprio, Realtor.ca, RE/MAX Quebec) — price, property address, taxes, revenue, and features — and sends it to your account to pre-fill the calculator. The extension uses your authentication session to identify you. This data is used solely for this import function: it is not sold or transferred to third parties for any other purpose. The extension does not read any other page and does not track your browsing.
6. Data retention
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes described, then delete or anonymize it according to legal and operational requirements.
7. Security
We implement reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure.
8. Your rights

9. Children
Our services are not directed to children under 13. If you believe a minor has provided personal information, contact us for deletion.
